About Digital Charter
Founded in 2015, DCIT was born from a simple observation: organizations don't need more consulting reports. They need working systems that their teams can sustain.
We started by building enterprise DevSecOps platforms for federal agencies. Now we bring that same engineering rigor to commercial clients. We're engineers first, partners always.
Our History
Digital Charter is the market brand of InfiNetix Inc, an SBA 8(a) certified federal IT firm founded in 2015 and headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland.
For our first several years we operated as InfiNetix — building a delivery record across federal agencies including the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, U.S. Army, and FDA. That work produced the outcomes we're known for today: $29.3M in annual savings for the Army, a 400TB zero-downtime cloud migration for the FDA, and the ARIES enterprise platform for the NRC.
As our work evolved from staff augmentation into productized platforms, we launched Digital Charter to reflect that evolution. The brand is new. The ten years of past performance, the cleared staff, the GSA contract vehicles, and the agency relationships behind it are not.
Contracting officers and teaming partners will find our full past performance record under InfiNetix Inc (UEI: TL8HJ4HPA318) in SAM.gov, DSBS, and FPDS. Everything you see on this site is backed by that record.
