Our History
Digital Charter is the operating brand of InfiNetix, Inc. d/b/a Digital Charter, a SBA 8(a) certified federal IT firm founded in 2015 and headquartered in Annapolis, MD.
That work produced verified outcomes including $29.3M in annual savings through DORA, a 400TB FDA migration with 99% uptime without disruption to ongoing legal proceedings, and 100+ projects onboarded to the standardized pipeline platform.
The brand is new. The ten years of past performance, the GSA contract vehicle, and the agency relationships behind it are not.

Tarik founded InfiNetix, Inc. in 2015, which operates today as Digital Charter. He has led major DevSecOps transformations for NRC, Army, and other federal agencies, with expertise in program management and federal acquisition.
