Capture: How We Build Winning Teams on Evidence

Our internally developed platform turns complete solicitation packages into structured, traceable requirements, then shows where the evidence is strong and where a teammate closes the gap.

01 / The problem

Requirements spread across the package.

Solicitation packages routinely span hundreds of pages across base documents, work statements, attachments, amendments, and Q&A. Most teams decide fit and pick teammates on instinct, then discover gaps during proposal writing, when they're expensive to fix.

02 / How it works

Traceable requirements. Evidence reviewed by people.

  1. 01

Ingests full packages (PDF and Word) and links every extracted record back to its source document.

  2. 02

Uses independent, schema-validated extractors, so an amendment triggers targeted re-processing instead of a full rerun.

  3. 03

Maps extracted requirements to documented capability and personnel evidence.

  4. 04

Flags capability gaps and recommends where a subcontractor or specialist strengthens the bid.

  5. 05

Assigns a confidence value to every extracted item and requires recorded human review before any output is used.

  6. 06

Runs on Microsoft Azure with multi-tenant isolation, federated sign-in (OpenID Connect with Microsoft Entra ID and Google), and role-based access control.

Place the contribution where it strengthens the bid.

When we team with you, your contribution is placed where the solicitation needs it most, backed by traceable evidence rather than a slide.
