DCIT was born from a simple observation: federal agencies don't need more consulting reports. They need working systems that their teams can sustain.
We started by building one CI/CD pipeline for one agency. Then we realized: what if every agency had this? What if we could package what we learned and deploy it in weeks instead of years?
