    • Automated access workflows using out-of-box, delimited, JDBC, and web services connectors, with integrations to ServiceNow, Jira, Elasticsearch, GovDelivery, and AWS

    • Custom ServiceNow application that generates offboarding requests with two-way status updates between ServiceNow and SailPoint
