Modernizing FDA's eDiscovery Infrastructure
The FDA's Enterprise eDiscovery System (FEEDS) supported mission-critical legal operations on aging on-premises infrastructure. The platform hosted Relativity processing 400TB of legal data for ongoing FDA litigation, FOIA requests, and regulatory proceedings.
The agency needed to modernize infrastructure, reduce costs, and improve scalability without disruption to ongoing legal proceedings.

Two Engagements: Cloud Migration and Operational Support
The FEEDS cloud migration was performed as a subcontract. When the prime contractor's scope moved to another vehicle, FDA retained and extended Digital Charter's portion of the work.
